We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nineteen99 Therefore, we gladly accept returns on items that are faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at nineteen99fn@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
As a general policy, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or other non-faulty reasons. We believe in the quality of our products and strive to provide accurate descriptions and images to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
Shipping costs for returns of faulty items will be covered by Nineteen99.
Please note that shipping rates for orders outside of New Zealand do not include any customs or import duties that may be levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and cover any additional charges that may apply.
Nineteen99 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential duties and taxes before placing an order.
If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
